Reduce tar and awscli logging
On EFS mounts with many files, the verbose STDOUT logging causes journald to thrash the CPU and increase back up time and increase CPU credit usage
On EFS mounts with many files, the verbose STDOUT logging causes journald to thrash the CPU and increase back up time and increase CPU credit usage
Step 1. Fetch and check out the branch for this merge request

Step 2. Review the changes locally
Step 3. Merge the branch and fix any conflicts that come up
